Constructed from 2.75-plus-ounce deerskin palm with a 4-plus-ounce elkskin backing, DeersSports are more supple, more abrasion-resistant and offer more dexterity than cowhide. For an added measure of safety both the seamless palm and the top knuckle area are treated with an double layer of material. The whole package is held together with dual-duty thread, which provides remarkably strong seams that won't cut through leather like Kevlar thread.

These standard (non insulated) DeerSports are comfortable in a wide temperature range, and offer unparalleled comfort thanks to trimmed and ironed internal seams, on top of already incredibly supple leather.

These gloves can be periodically hand-washed with Woolite or a mild detergent and then air dried, which will ensure they stay soft and pliable. Don't be surprised for a single pair to last for years on end—and these gloves tend to just get better with age as they form completely to your hand.
