Such a quirky little vintage hat, probably dating back to the 1930s or 1940s! It's an asymmetrical conical hat, artfully draped and molded. It is accented by narrow wrapped velvet ribbons that are anchored by a tiny cone that echoes the hat's shape.
SIZE: The hat should fit many head sizes, since it is intended to sit fairly high. It will probably need to be anchored with a hat pin for wear.
